What are the shipping costs for orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all website orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 18-20 business days. A majority of our products are custom-made at the time you place your order. Ballistic materials have an industry standard expiration of 5 years, and we strive to deliver the highest quality product and preserve the product’s longevity by following a ‘made to order’ production approach. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

What is the return policy?

What are the laws governing use of bulletproof protective clothing in an airport or on a plane?
The US transportation Security Administration does not prohibit any of our bulletproof products but the final decision is made by the TSA. We suggest you call the airport in which you are traveling and ask to speak to the TSA before your schedule trip.
Why do you use the term “bulletproof” ?
“Bulletproof” is a common term that is well-known and researched by the civilian market. Our products are NIJ Threat Level 3A. Although the professional community avoids the use of “bulletproof”, the definition fits our products to the NIJ Threat Level 3A standards.
Are your bulletproof clothes comfortable and concealable?
When fitted properly, our products are comfortable and mobile. Please keep in mind that the concealment depends on body type, clothing material, and properly fitted body armor
What is the weight of the Kevlar panels?
The bulletproof panels used in our clothing van add anywhere from 15 ounces to 4 lbs of weight depending on the size of the clothing and the amount of concealment.
Is it possible to order a custom panel?
